About Us

Sunny Brook Estates is a community of 175 single family homes located in Worcester, Pennsylvania. 

 

Located in Montgomery County approximately 15 miles northwest of Philadelphia, Worcester is a quiet suburban town which has worked hard to maintain its rural character and serene nature.  Often referred to as  the "Hole of the Donut" for it Open Space initiatives, Worcester has remained green amidst the backbone of suburban sprawl of neighboring townships. 

 

The community at Sunny Brook is managed by a 3 member elected board of volunteers who is professionally assisted by Mid-Atlantic Management Corporation in running the day to day needs of our assocation.

 

We are located in the Methacton School District which consistently ranks very highly in the region.
