Welcome the the Sunny Brook HOA Website. The intent of this site is to provide residents of Sunny Brook with news and information which we feel will be of value to the community. Some areas of the site (i.e. News, Events, Message Board) are available to everyone while other areas of the site (i.e. FAQ, Documents, Residents) will only be available to residents and will require user name/password for access.
In order to request access to the resident specific areas you will need to create a profile (link is available from the top of the page) with as much or as little info as you care to share.
The HOA will plan to use this site to update residents on pertinent issues (such as the Turnpike Expansion) as well as a means to present more formal communications (such as our By-laws, annual meeting) when necessary.
Residents are encourages to sumbit andy news or events of note which they would like to share with the community. Additionally if you have any vendors you would like to recommend (such as painter's, electrictions, plubmers etc.) please pass them over to board@sunnybrookestates.org as we will be maintaining such information under the Helpful Links area of the site,
We do view this as a work in process and welcome feedback, comments and suggestions.
